Key Achievements:

​

Established the BHP´s PMO operating model, governance and frameworks and delivered multiple global system (SAP) implementations and process improvement initiatives world-wide, including South Africa, Mozambique, Netherlands, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, Canada, the US, Colombia, Brazil and Chile.

​

Established a new BHP´s Global HR Shared Services Center team in Malaysia, closure of Regional HR Shared Centers teams in Australia, Chile, South Africa, and the US and transitioned its processes to the new Global HR Services Center.

Lead the deployment of the largest SAP HCM Payroll implementation in a single client (13 countries) for HR Services.

Managed SAP HCM implementation projects across multiple industries including: Mining, Metals and Petroleum (BHP-Escondida, BHP-Pampa Norte, BHP Chile Inc.; Refinerías de Petróleo Concón and Codelco), Industrial (Aza-Gerdau), Retail (COTO), Beverage (Coca-Cola) , Lighting (OSRAM), Technology (Siemens), Luxury and goods (Chandon) among others.
