Established the strategic direction, operating model and operational performance of all BHP Global HR Shared Services teams located in Manila, Kuala Lumpur, and Santiago de Chile.
Created an inclusive and diverse culture for continuous improvement and innovative thinking.
Transformed and expanded the Global HR Shared Services team from 40 – 600 people within 4 years.
Defined the operating model, governance and frameworks.
Expanded the scope of services from payroll administration to recruitment-to-retire processes including specialist services, such as compensation and benefits, global mobility, global enquiry management, training and analytics.
Active member of projects’ steering committees responsible for the deployment of major enterprise system implementations including SuccessFactors, Avature, and Microsoft Dynamics.
